Content: Dear sir,
I thank you for information give to me concerning the NEPCON/EMT China 2008 exhibition taking place in China in April 2008.
Sir i would like to inform you that i will need visa invitation letter inorder to apply for entry visa to China for these purpose, as was directed by the China embassy here in Nigeria that , the invitation letter must come from China Ministry of foriegn affairs
Again some of my colegues who are importers has indicated their intrest to attend as trade visitors/buyers.
As we want to use these fair to meet with suppliers and exporters of comprehensive range of innovative SMT products and technology who will be at this fair.
We also aim at buying large products at the fair .
kindly confirm your willingness to make visa invitation letter for me and my five associates.
