Since the inception of NXT in 2004, Fuji had delivered a total of over 16,000 NXT modules world wide. Base on the original NXT design, Fuji introduce and release a 2nd generation NXT II with the state-of-art modular concept and scalable placement platform to China market in Year 2008. Fuji NXT II integrates linear motor, high power CPU/server control and robust module/head construction to achieve a higher reliability and 30% increase in throughput. Real modularity allows users to combine various modules on the same platform to achieve the best configuration for their needs.  Users can freely combine head types, device types, module sizes and quantities as and when required. Heads can also be easily removed and installed, the machine will automatically perform calibration. Intelligent feeder help users supply parts without stopping the machine and with warning to operators for parts out. Graphical interface for easy operation.
