Q: What types of invoices are available?
A: All invoices issued are standard invoices.
Q: Are the invoices electronic or paper?
A: For pre-show purchases, electronic invoices are issued. For services purchased on-site at the show, fixed-rate paper invoices are available, or electronic invoices can be issued after the event.
Q: How can I request an invoice for dedicated services?
A: Dedicated services are provided directly by Shanghai Mingshi Conference Service Co., Ltd., the third-party company appointed by the exhibition. Please contact them directly regarding invoicing requirements and collection.
Q: How do I request an invoice after payment?
A: When making a payment, please enter the correct company name and cell phone number in the comments field on the payment page, so that the exhibition customer service team can verify your payment. After payment, send the payment screenshot, company name, and tax number to the exhibition customer service representative. The invoice will then be issued to the customer upon completion of the invoicing process.

Refund and change instructions
- If NEPCON China is canceled, the date or venue is changed, or the customer's city is unable to travel to the show due to epidemic restrictions, a free refund will be applied for the purchased products. Other than this, please refer to the following articles 2-4 for refund and change policy.
- Services purchased on-site are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- The exclusive car service will be provided directly by Shanghai Mingshi Event Services Co.
- The refund application processing time for the pre-show purchase service is from 9:00 to 18:00 every Monday to Friday, but not on public holidays.
- Refer to the separate car refund policy for the special car transfer service.
- On-site purchased services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
