I. MLCC Overview

MLCC (Multi-layer Ceramic Capacitors) is a commonly used type of ceramic capacitor in the electronics industry.

    • Temperature characteristics: Larger MLCCs may exhibit better temperature stability due to the larger amount of material available to dissipate heat.
  2. Size control of MLCCs is critical to ensuring product quality, performance, and reliability.
  • MLCC external dimensions (length L, width W, height H) need precise measurement to meet nominal sizes and design requirements.
  • Electrode sizes (A/B) influence the soldering performance and electrical connection with the PCB.
