  4. Multi-Mark Recognition System
    • Prevents issues where one Mark might be abnormal or obstructed, greatly improving editing efficiency.
  5. Fixture Deviation Prevention System
    • Through barcode recognition of carriers, ensures that the program matches the carrier, preventing cutting errors.
  6. Super Correction
    • Automatically corrects the path when tilted at a large angle, avoiding repeated debugging and improving line change efficiency.

 

2.       Milling Cutter Depaneling Machine

Equipment Performance

  • This machine utilizes a high-speed milling cutter to divide multi-panel PCBs along pre-programmed paths, replacing manual breaking or V-CUT. It uses cutting-edge four-axis AC servo screw motion to improve dust collection and cutting accuracy, thereby enhancing product quality and reducing scrap rates.
  • Supports single-step program modifications (such as track, depth, speed parameters), instruction insertion, deletion, batch program modifications, and mutual copying between dual workstation programs.

Features:

  1. Multi-Mark Recognition System
    • High-resolution color CCD cameras create programs, automatically adjusting focus, positioning marks, and monitoring the cutting path in real-time. Marks can be positioned up to four times, reducing downtime caused by missed marks. Programs for both sides can be copied.
  2. Depaneling Spindle
    • Independently developed, high-power, high-speed spindle, ensuring smooth and burr-free PCB cutting surfaces. It can cut fiberglass and aluminum-based boards, with a built-in air-cooling system and a long spindle lifespan.
  3. Cutter-type Dust Removal System
    • Optimized dust removal ports use a movable, real-time dust collection system, providing greater suction at the same power level and offering superior dust removal.
  4. Dust Collection Box
    • 3KW pulse-type dust collection box that automatically cleans dust without manual operation, ensuring better dust removal.
  5. Automatic Fault Diagnosis Function
    • Automatically diagnoses faults during the equipment’s operation, displaying the fault source on the control screen for easy troubleshooting and timely recovery of production.
  6. Tool Usage Management
    • Allows setting of cutting tool lifespan based on cutter blade length, tool end length, and PCB thickness. The system automatically generates segmented cyclical cutting, optimizing the use of the tool and tracking actual tool usage.
